But Senior Superintendent Restituto Arcangel said nothing is final yet as the local police have yet to meet with the bishop. “We don’t even know how we can provide security for the bishop because we have not met him yet,” Arcangel said. “I have been receiving them but I do not know who they are coming from,” he said in an interview.
