A fugitive with pending multiple cases including robbery-homicide and rape has finally been arrested by operatives of the Southern Police District (SPD) in Pasay City. ADVERTISEMENTAccording to police, Biol was previously arrested in December 2014 for robbery-homicide and two other counts of robbery. All of the cases were committed in Caloocan City, police said. Biol escaped from the Caloocan City Jail on February 11, 2018 by crawling through the ceiling of his isolation cell. Three other counts of rape were filed against him in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; six counts of rape in Caloocan City; a complaint for attempted rape; frustrated homicide and car theft.
