Share TweetBy Dylan AfuangSixteen barangays in Caloocan City had been declared drug-cleared by a committee composed of various government agencies, the city government announced Wednesday. The committee declared the following barangays as drug-cleared: 1, 41, 42, 47, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58, 68, 76, 91, 100, 104, and 158. Last April 2019, the committee also cleared barangays 51, 57, 60 and 138 from the list of drug-affected barangays, the city government said. In addition to the nine other barangays earlier certified by the committee, (13, 44, 48, 61, 62, 80, 96, 103, and 146), this brings the total number of drug-cleared barangays to 29, the second-highest in the NCR, they added.
