John Bradburne was a missionary and poet who died in Zimbabwe in 1979. His supporters hope to raise £20,000 to to pay for an inquiry into his life and the reported miracles linked to him. The campaign to have Mr Bradburne beatified and then canonised is being led by his niece, Celia Brigstocke, 63.
