Accomplished artists and part-time painters are being encouraged to colour telecommunication cabinets around the region in a bid to stamp out graffiti. The Chorus Cabinet Art competition is calling on entries in Tasman and Nelson to brighten the boxes which are often seen with unsightly tagging and defacement.
