The minster inaugurated the call centre named ‘Probash Bondhu’ at the Probashi Kallyan Bhaban in Dhaka’s Eskaton area on Thursday morning. Minister Nurul Islam said: “From now onwards, Bangladeshi expatriates can avail services swiftly with the help of this call centre.”He said as a piloting project this call centre will initially provide services to the expatriates living in three countries. “If it turns out to be a success then gradually the service will be provided to the expatriates living in every other country,” he added. The expatriates will be able to call at +88 09654 333 333 for all kind of assistance from 9am to 6pm (Bangladesh Standard Time) everyday. Besides, they can contact with the authorities of the call centre on their Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Skype accounts or send mails at [email protected].
