The first hotel in the city to usher in the yuletide spirit was Four Points by Sheraton that conducted a traditional cake mixing ceremony involving the hotel staff and guests on Wednesday. Several gloved hands poured in liquor as the team of the hotel staff and guests wielded their magic on the invigorating mixture weeks before Christmas. The cake mixing ceremony is the beginning of the celebrations,” Mr. Vijayan added.
