TUGUEGARAO CITY — The chief physician of the Baggao District Hospital was found dead on Sunday, according to a belated report. Dr. Gary Oñate, 45, was found dead from a gunshot to the head inside his bathroom in Piat town, said investigator Police Officer 3 Arnel Basiuang. ADVERTISEMENTThe police said a probe was continuing.
