TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan—The Cagayan Valley Police Office has given municipal, city and provincial police chiefs until April 15 to convert drug-affected villages into drug-free communities, or be replaced. Only 488 out of the 1,547 villages have been declared drug-free in Cagayan Valley region, according to Chief Supt. Eliseo Rasco, Cagayan Valley police director.
