At the time, Mr Ahmad denied accusations of any wrongdoing in the deal as 'totally false, malicious and defamatory'. On Wednesday, the BBC again approached Mr Ahmad for comment but has yet to hear back. Mr Ahmad has previously strongly denied any wrongdoing.
