Investigators say they have identified another militant linked to the Dhaka terror attack. The suspect is Sohel Mahfuz, a senior leader of the old Jamaa’tul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB), counter-terrorism unit chief Monirul Islam said on Friday. “We have information that Sohel supplied grenades used by terrorists in the Gulshan cafe attack,” he claimed. Terrorists attacked an upmarket Gulshan restaurant and killed 22 people, mostly foreigners, on July 1. Police also released picture of a man suspected to have coordinated the Gulshan attack and identified him as ‘Marjan’.
