CSX CFO Frank Lonegro Leaves Company

CSX Corp. has started a search for its next finance chief after the railroad operator’s CFO left the role. Frank A. Lonegro, who also served as executive vice president, had been with CSX for 19 years, the Jacksonville, Fla., company said Tuesday. Mr. Lonegro was appointed executive vice president and CFO in September 2015. CSX appointed Kevin Boone, who had been vice president of corporate affairs and chief investor relations officer, as interim CFO. Other railroad companies are now starting to mimic the approach CSX started in 2017.
