The Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Education Ezekiel Machogu has affirmed that the issue of junior secondary school kids being asked for lunch is not a must. Machogu is firm and clear that food is not a must pay for students in junior secondary. The CS is clear that those in junior secondary school should be allowed to go home and take lunch and return in the afternoon. Whether the latest changes by CS Education will improve operations in the junior secondary education, let's wait and see.
