[Peter Ochieng, Standard]Other members include Principal Secretary, State Department of Culture and Heritage, Principal Secretary, State Department of Information and Communication Technology and Youth, Principal Secretary State Department for Trade, Principal Secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Principal Secretary Ministry of Health, Principal Secretary National Treasury and Principal Secretary Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government. National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC) president Paul Tergat, Chef de Mission Waithaka Kioni, Kenya National Sports Council chairman Nderitu Gikaria and NOC secretary general Francis Mutuku are members. Sports editors Mike Okinyi, Elias Makori and Robin Toskin are media liaison members for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games.
