Taking to social media, Elon Musk, says he wants to buy Coca-Cola, simply to put back Coca-Cola in it. Elon Musk wrote: "Next I’m buying Coca-Cola to put the cocaine back in." Upon completion of the transaction, Twitter will become a privately held company," the company said in a news release. Shortly after Musk announced the buyout plan, Twitter’s board instituted a “poison pill” measure, suggesting it intended to resist Musk’s buyout.
