In the recently-released 2018 PAF annual audit report, COA blamed the PAF’s leniency for the accumulation of the unpaid bills for electricity and water connection and garbage fees. COA asked PAF to immediately collect the arrearages from active PAF government quarter occupants thru salary deductions and demand outright payment from concessionaires with unpaid rentals. “Furthermore, consider the revocation of permit and contract of concessionaires who fail to settle their balance immediately in compliance to PAF issued SOP,” COA said.
