CMOs Connect With High School Students To Share Industry Expertise At OCSA Symposium


Given the rapid and extensive changes happening in the marketing industry, marketing practice and marketing education need to come together to learn from and benefit one another as never before. But what if CMOs could connect with students at a younger age, in high school, when they’re first discovering and learning about many different professions? The Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana, California, a nonprofit public charter school known for its arts education, recently created an opportunity for that to happen. “Too much of marketing education has been built around rules that are either waning in significance or no longer valid,” added Palladini. I’ve loved simply hosting some high school students in our offices so they get to see what it’s like inside, and ask a lot of questions.
