The chief minister issued guidelines to divisional commissioners and regional police officers (RPOs) for improving the security situation and providing relief to the general public. The chief minister admitted that the law and order situation is not satisfactory and it is needed to be improved further. The chief minister said the recruitment process in the police department should be completed at the earliest, adding that police will be provided with more resources. INQUIRY AGAINST DOCTOR:The chief minister directed an inquiry against the medico-legal doctor for altering the medical report of the murder of a child after molestation in DG Khan. Law Minister Raja Basharat, chief secretary, home secretary, police IG, secretaries concerned, divisional commissioners and RPOs attended the meeting.
