LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif has directed the authorities to ensure fool-proof security on Quaid-e-Azam Day and Christmas to protect lives and properties of the people. He issued these directives while presiding over a high-level meeting here on Saturday to review law and order situation in the province and the security situation on Quaid-e-Azam Day and Christmas. Shehbaz Sharif said the security plan should be implemented strictly. The chief minister added that the enemy wants to create unrest in the country and “we should remain alert to foil evil designs of the enemy”. The chief minister also said that effective monitoring of the security plan on Quaid-e-Azam Day and Christmas should be made.
