Listed Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is eyeing to generate P1.78 billion in revenue from its newest horizontal project development in Cagayan De Oro City. "High sales velocity of the listed company's latest horizontal project in Cagayan de Oro City shows strong mid-market residential arena in the Visayas and Mindanao region," CLI noted. CLI said the development serves as the company's second horizontal project in Cagayan de Oro, which carries the same residential brand. CLI reported a net income of P725.2 million in the first quarter, up 12 percent from P648.5 million, as its revenues climbed 11-percent to P2.35 billion from P2.12 billion year-on-year. Shares of CLI inched up by 4 centavos or 0.67 percent to close at P6.03 apiece on Friday.
