In a statement, Mr. Bissue said he expects the raw footage to exonerate him. Mr. Bissue also said he was on Friday interrogated by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service. Mr. Bissue is seen in the video report supposedly receiving money to facilitate small-scale mining licences. Despite Mr Bissue’s denial of any wrongdoing, Anas Aremeyaw Anas insists that he [Bissue] abused his office.
