MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) condemned the killing of an anti-drug agent in Camarines Sur saying that it is an “attempt to cripple” a campaign aimed at improving the lives of Filipinos by combating illegal drugs. The CHR’s statement came following the killing of a Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agent in Camarines Sur, who was earlier reported missing and was found dead after he met with a supposed informant.
