When Harris began to pull into the traffic lane, the front of the Honda was struck by a passing northbound vehicle. Due to the crash, Harris suffered a severely broken arm. Harris was unable to give a definitive description of the suspect vehicle but thought it may have been a green or teal full size pickup with a camper shell. The suspect vehicle would have damage to its right-front and/or right-side. Humboldt CHP is requesting assistance from the public to locate the vehicle involved in this crash and identify the driver.
