HOAUAfter years of trying to get rid of room keys or cards, hotels around the world might finally get close to a solution with HOAU’s true keyless entry system. On a day of arrival, guests receive a text message and an email with their room numbers and a five digit PIN to enter the hotel and their room. No applications to download on a smartphone, or prior registration required and most importantly, no more waiting in line at the front desk. “We’re finally making the hotel room key and card, physical or virtual, totally obsolete,” told me Marco Graziano, the CEO of HOAU America.
