At the request of the Kenya Government, China agreed to donate Sh2.25 billion worth of food. FOREIGN AIDThis is not the first time China is providing emergency humanitarian food aid to Kenya. Chinese aid to Kenya conforms to the general idea that such assistance should be in accordance with national priorities. Besides, China has used grant and interest-free loans to support several universities.
