In a three-year partnership with Kagan Professional Development, CCPS demonstrates its commitment to high-quality instruction by offering district-wide intensive, interactive training for teachers and administrators. Initial Kagan training for the remainder of certified staff began today and continues Tuesday. “With the support of Kagan facilitators, school and district leaders will work to be coaches and models in their respective schools,” Fithen explained. “As a district, we want to be all in and are dedicated to implement these structures with fidelity to best meet the needs of our students.”
