“The arts sector also has a dimension that is totally not reliant on live interaction and we are looking at the digital arts,” Millado pointed out. Among its priority programs are “Arts and Culture Online,” “Live Arts on Lockdown,” “Arts for Therapy” and “Capacity Building.”Under Arts and Culture Online, video streaming of archival recordings and high definition edited recordings was rolled out in early April. Finally, under “Capacity Building” program, CCP will provide Training Modules to level up the skills of artists and cultural workers. Simply said, CCP will help cultural workers in sustaining and maximizing digital platforms in time of the new normal. For the CCP, this is a time to create strategies in areas not emphasized in the past.
