Dish Network Corp. said Friday that it reached a carriage agreement with CBS Corp. and was restoring the programmer’s stations to more than two million subscribers impacted by a three-day blackout that lasted through CBS’s Thanksgiving Day National Football League game. CBS and other local television stations owned by CBS weren’t available on Dish beginning late Monday night and early Tuesday morning in markets including New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and Chicago.
