more-inThe Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed a chargesheet against a teenaged student for the alleged murder of his seven-year-old schoolmate, Prince, at a Gurugram school in September last. Prince was found murdered with his throat slit, in the washroom of his school on September 8, 2017. The police arrested Ashok and also showed seizure of the murder weapon, a knife. However, following a public outcry and at the instance of the victim’s parents, the Haryana government transferred the case to the CBI. It did not come across any evidence linking Ashok to the murder, following which other angles were explored.
