CBC/Radio-Canada intends to encourage thoughtful and respectful conversations by announcing that first and last names will appear with each submission to their online communities. However, this new policy will not apply to children and youth-oriented communities. By submitting a comment, the user agrees that CBC/Radio-Canada has the right to reproduce and publish it in whole or in part, in any manner CBC chooses. Furthermore, CBC/Radio-Canada moderates comments on the platform based on their Submission Guidelines. While all comments are welcome while open, CBC/Radio-Canada reserves the right to close comments at any time.
