I know these bishops quite well,” said CBCP President and Davao Archbishop Romulo Valles in a statement. Among those included in the complaints were Caloocan Bishop and CBCP Vice President Pablo Virgilio David, former CBCP President and Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas, retired Novaliches Archbishop Teodoro Bacani Jr. and Cubao Bishop Honesto Ongtioco.
