Mina Shum's project, Meditation Park, is one of three films being funded by CBC's Breaking Barriers Film Fund. $7.5M over next 3 yearsThe CBC's commitment will see the national broadcaster invest at least $7.5 million into the Breaking Barriers Film Fund over the next three years.
