CAF provides update on Kenya's readiness for CHAN 2025 after evaluation


CAF have provided an update on where Kenya are in terms of preprations for CHAN 2025 which they will co-host with neighbours Uganda and Tanzania. Kenya is in a race against time to ensure its stadia and infrastructure is ready for co-hosting the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN). Most recently, Christian Emeruwa, the Head of the Safety and Security Division at CAF provided an update on the evaluations of Kenya's ongoing preparation. Kenya's Nyayo and Kasarani stadiums have all been under refurbishment since 2023 with 2025 set as the completion year. Despite having already qualified as hosts, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania will play in the qualifiers of the 2025 CHAN, with Kenya being drawn to play South Sudan in the first round.
