England captain Jos Buttler said the low and slow wickets in Bangladesh would stand them in good stead for similar conditions in India where the 13th edition of the 50-over World Cup will be held later in October-November this year. “It's a great challenge for us, we see Bangladesh as very tough to beat in their home conditions. It is exactly the kind of challenge we need ahead of the World Cup, not too far away, and test ourselves in conditions we will find hard,” said Buttler in the pre-match press conference Sunday. “Expecting slow and low wicket, expecting the conditions that would be tough for us, which is exactly what we want. Since then the Tigers have become irrepressible at home, the latest marker being their early qualification for the World Cup through the Super League games.
