Governor Alfred Mutua will this morning know his future in the seat as the Supreme Court decides an appeal he filed after the Appeals court nullified his win. In Kilgoris, MP Gideon Konchellah sought the Supreme Court say on the appeal ruling in favour of Julius Sunkuli. In Bonchari, former MP Zebedeo Opore challenged the Appeals court decision to uphold the election of John Oroo Oyioka. Opore moved to the Supreme Court on grounds he was dissatisfied with the decision made by the Court of Appeal on July 25. The Supreme Court will also decide on a matter pitting the Public Service Commission and Embu Governor Martin Wambora and five others.
