A businessman from South London who ran a 'credit card fraud creation factory' with his brother was spared jail after he told a court he only did it to take children on holiday. Benjamin Ackim, 32 and Jessie Ackim, 31, from Mitcham, used card printing and embossing machines to print cards using stolen details they bought online. 'That shows to my mind a determination and an entrenched determination to commit fraud and dishonesty generally. Benjamin explained that the stolen money was used to take his children on holiday. Jessie Ackim, of Hadley Road, Mitcham, admitted conspiracy to commit fraud and was sentenced to 12 months, suspended for 12 months and 200 hours unpaid work.
