West Midlands Police confirmed that her partner, Gurpreet Singh, had been charged with the killing. The 42-year-old from Coalway Avenue in Penn, Wolverhampton, will appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday, the force said. "This is a significant development and we continue to support Mrs Kaur's many friends and family."
