GEORGE TOWN: A 25-year-old businessman was assaulted for allegedly molesting a woman in an entertainment outlet here. Six men had stopped the victim in front of the toilet at the outlet in Lorong Selamat at 2am on Sunday after a waitress claimed that she was molested. George Town OCPD Asst Comm Anuar Omar said one of the men, who introduced himself as Ah Kim, claimed that the waitress was his girlfriend, and accused the victim of touching her buttocks. He said although the victim denied doing it, the man continued to use a bottle to hit the victim. Police are looking for the six men, including Ah Kim, to assist in the probe under Section 148 of the Penal Code for possession of arms in a riot.
