PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): It was business as usual for the Cabinet on Labour Day (May 1), when it held a special meeting aimed at creating more job opportunities. The special meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and was scheduled to start at 3pm. The Cabinet meeting is typically held every Wednesday. According to Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik (pic), the special meeting on creating job opportunities to be coordinated by the Economic Affairs Ministry under the responsibility of its Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali. "Hence, we will discuss ways to create job opportunities and how we want to align our efforts," he said.
