Concepcion, who is also the founder of Go Negosyo, made the proposal during his meeting with the transport sector on Wednesday. Safe spaces, meanwhile, are meant to allocate separate spaces for vaccinated and unvaccinated people. During the dialogue, Concepcion also gave an insight as to what percentage of passengers within the buses' total capacity shall be vaccinated, such that those vehicles will be marked as "safe." "We have to realize that a fully vaccinated public vehicle steers a higher level of confidence, and it must be given to the public," he added.
