Gopalganj Fire Service Station Master Niamul Huda said six people died in the accident that took place at Bedgram around 8pm on Friday. The Fire Service official could not provide details of the other victims immediately. Those injured have been admitted to Gopalganj General Hospital, Huda said. Doctor Faridul Islam Chowdhury at the hospital also confirmed the death toll of seven. Citing witness accounts, he said the bus of Pirojpur-bound Dola Paribahan hit the truck from behind.
