(File)An Auckland bus driver who lost his job after he allegedly threatened a passenger and told him to "f... off" was justifiably dismissed, a judge has ruled. Mohammad Aslam had been a bus driver for Transportation Auckland for six years when he was dismissed for serious misconduct in August 2016. As he left the bus, Aslam allegedly grabbed the passenger by the arms and shoved him out, the court said. McLeod had concluded there had been serious misconduct and said he believed the passenger's version of events to be "most likely".
