Bus carrying 19 passengers crashes near Lake TekapoFAIRFAX NZ Police are attending a crash on the Tekapo-Twizel Rd in south Canterbury. Four people have minor injuries after a bus with 19 people on board crashed near Tekapo about 3pm. Senior Constable Les Andrew, of Twizel, said the bus was heading south on the Tekapo-Twizel Rd when it was "clipped" by a campervan going in the opposite direction. A St John spokesman said four people were treated for minor injuries, but none needed to be taken to hospital. Two police officers were on the scene between the south Canterbury towns of Tekapo and Twizel.
