According to a survey conducted by Morar Consulting of HR professionals throughout the country last fall, 95% of HR leaders said employee burnout sabotages workforce retention. Unfair compensation (41%), an unreasonable workload (32%) and too much overtime or after-hours work (32%) were the top three contributors to burnout. Here’s how you reduce workplace burnout, stress, fatigue and everything that comes along with it.
