While the injured is undergoing treatment, his associate is yet to be arrested, the police said. Some students who were preparing for entrance exams saw the duo and informed their parents, said DCP (Rohini) Rishi Pal. The duo, who were armed with country-made pistols, fired at the police, said Mr. Pal, which led the police to retaliate. Mr. Pal also said that four policemen had donated blood for Nitin.
