Police officers in Kimilili constituency Bungoma County are investigating an incident in which a middle-aged woman from Kamusinde Yembe village died mysteriously. Albert Nyongesa, the deceased husband, said his wife who attends the same church with the neighbour, had received death threats from the suspect. The village elder had asked the woman to pay a fine of five thousand to Nafula which she complied. True to her threat, Nafula died four days later on Tuesday morning. Angry residents later marched to the suspect's house and burned it down with all the household items.
