CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan — Police here on Monday (March 9) seized 1.7 kilograms of shabu (crystal meth) worth P11.5-million and arrested four people during separate buy-bust operations. Col. Lawrence Cajipe, acting police provincial director, said the first operation at Pantoc village in the City of Meycauayan yielded 1.5 kg of shabu worth P10. ADVERTISEMENTArrested were Jonard Halili, 25, and Erwin Borrinaga, 18. Halili is on the drug watch list of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. Police also seized a weighing scale and a black Yamaha NMAX motorcycle during the operation.
