A group of those customers, appalled at the way he runs construction business Land Homes, now want to see him stopped. What he doesn't say is that Land Homes is in deep financial trouble and has suggested creditors accept payment in full over three years. The Deans bought the section and entered a contract where Land Homes would build two homes on the site. Land Homes asked for the next payment before a crew of locals it had organised would complete the job, she claimed. Then the builder Land Homes employed on the job resigned and a new charge hand employed by Land Homes was "totally out of his depth", they said.
