What new Act saysThere are so many explicit provisions for protection under the Copyright Act 2022. There is also the “fair dealing” provision, which is a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work. “We have received with joy and hearts filled with gratitude the new Copyright Act 2022, which you recently signed for the creative industry in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
