The NFL club had a one-time exit clause that they have declined to exercise on the stadium lease at New Era Field. The Buffalo News reported that the county, state and the Bills are in the early stages of negotiations for a new stadium lease agreement. New Era Field is old and outdated, but it ranks among the best in the league for the fan experience, including the famous tailgating parties.
